Manager – Lead Fundraising and Communication

Place: Nangal Dewat, Vasant Kunj, Delhi

Sshrishti Trust an organisation with a mission to Educate, Empower and Equalise is seeking a target-oriented manager to lead their Communication and fundraising activities. The ideal candidate must be motivated, and professional, with the ability to enhance and build donor relations, improve social media presence of the organization and increase its visibility by using digital tools like SEO. We are looking for someone who believes in Sshrishti Trust’s mission and will demonstrate exceptional drive to further our existing fundraising efforts and ensure sustainability and growth of the organization.

Objective of this Role

To work towards growth and sustainability of the organisation by raising funds and building a network of donors and offer them end to end service. Promote awareness of the organization’s mission and work, using a variety of media channels. Create eye-catching publications, videos, blogs etc to strengthen communications with all stake holders....

Job Responsibilities
  • To meet fundraising target set by the management
  • To Increase visibility and brand promotion of the organisation using online and offline platforms.
  • Research and design impactful proposals for raising funds.
  • Assist in brainstorming with other team members, to strengthen fundraising strategies.
  • Ensure timely submission of proposals and reports to the donors, as per their requirements.
  • Initiate meeting with donors and coordinate their visits to the project sites inside or outside Delhi.
  • Ensure timely development of communication materials, like Annual Report, flyers and brochures, to be used for the promotion of events and other fundraising pushes
  • Systematic maintenance and updating of donor data on the dashboard.
  • Collaborate with other organizations and groups within the civil society to build partnerships and enhance the visibility and reach of the organization.
  • Research individuals, corporations, and philanthropic foundations that may be interested in gift-giving
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven track record as a successful fundraiser
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be a team player
  • Time management
  • Ability to ideate aesthetic designs for publications
  • At least five years of experience in a similar leadership position.
  • Good academic background with Master’s degree in communications, business, public relations, or a related field
  • Competence in Microsoft Office suite and donor management systems
  • Ability to communicate in excellent spoken and written Englishand Hindi
  • Experience in writing impactful grant proposals.
  • Understanding of AI tools preferred.

Remuneration: Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.

Approximately: ₹9,00,000 per annum

Ability to commute/relocateto attend office in Vasant Kunj, South Delhi without difficulty is important and the candidate must be open to travel to project sites across India, if need be.
